


This recipe has it's origins in West Africa and is great with potatoes or rice. The meat has a crunchy texture due to the peanuts and the combination of grilled beef, peanuts and chiles really need to be tasted.
You will need a food processor for the recipe to make the peanut coating required for the grilled beef. You will also need several meat skewers but this is not essential as you can complete this recipe using other methods but i do find the skewers easier to use when dealing with a coating like peanut sauce.
