This is a great grilled chicken breast recipe and will give you that lovely southern
Florida flavour. One of the main problems with cooking chicken breast is that chicken
breast tends to be a little dry.
One of the ways to avoid this is to wrap your chicken in some form of fatted meat
such as bacon or leave the skins on but a better way of ensuring your grilled chicken
breast in succulent and good to eat is to make sure you prepare it properly with
a good marinade.

I prefer the flavour of Manuka honey with is very rich and toffee like in flavour.
The black pepper really does add a great little kick to this dish but be careful
not to overdo it
The longer you can marinade the chicken breasts for the better. I always leave my
meat in the fridge over night to ensure all the wonder flavours are absorbed by the
chicken. This grilled chicken breast recipe using some wonderful flavours from honey
and soy sauce and lemon.
Place all the ingredients apart from the chicken into a blender and blend until thoroughly
mixed. Place the chicken marinade into a large dish add the chicken breasts. One
thing I like to do to ensure the marinade is absorbed is to prick the chick while
it’s in the marinade with a fine needle or skewer to help the flavor travel throughout
the grilled chicken breast and also helps it to stay moist. As i’ve said already,
if you can marinade the grilled chicken breasts overnight then this will make quite
a difference to the taste of your grilled chicken.
Set you outdoor grill to high heat and, oil the grill plate and place the chicken
pieces on the grill and cook for around 10 minutes on either side until the juices
run clear.
