Grilled Chicken Breast

There are many ways to to prepare grilled chicken breast and this chicken recipe is easy and very tasty. I've added a little cayenne peeper to this recipe that gives it that Kentucky grilled chicken taste.

This recipe of grilled chicken breast requires you to marinade the chicken over night so keep that in mind if you are thinking of trying this recipe

• Place the garlic, paprika and cayenne pepper into a blender and mix until a fine paste. While this is mixing, slice the lemon in half and squeeze into the blender.

• Rub the chicken breasts all over with the marinade and leave in the refrigerator over night. Prepare you grill for medium grilling by placing the grill plate on your grill and oiling.

• Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 20-30 minutes, turning them every 5 minutes until cooked. Keep brushing the chicken breasts with more of the paste until golden and crisp.

• When the grilled chicken breast peices are done add salt and pepper to taste and serve with your favoutrite salad or baked potato.

• 6 good size chicken breasts
• 8 cloves of garlic
• 1 lemon
• 3 tablespoons of paprika
• 1 1/2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
