• Add the ingredients for the marinade into a blender or food processor and mix thoroughly. Once the marinade is ready place the pork ribs or spare ribs into the mixture, cover and leave in a cool place for 4 hours. You can if you prefer, leave them in the refrigerator overnight for a really deep grilled pork ribs flavor.Cooking pork ribs involves a two stage process. First, place the pork ribs in a large pan and cover with the pork ribs marinade. Top up the mixture with a little water until all the pork ribs are covers then simmer on a medium setting for around an 1 hour. • 3 Tablespoons of soya sauce
• 3 Tablespoons of honey
• 1 tablespoon of sherry
• 2 ounces of freshly grated ginger
• 5 cloves of crushed garlic
• 2 tablespoons of basil
• 1 tablespoon of rosemary
