control.

You will need a grill for this recipe and we will be using the direct grilling method.

Crush the garlic cloves and blend to a fine paste or puree, then add the butter to
a pan and melt. Once all the butter is melted, remove from the heat and add the garlic
puree, lime juice and soy sauce to the butter.
Peel and wash the prawns and prepare them for cooking by brushing them with some
of the garlic, lime and soy sauce mix.
Prepare you grill by setting it for direct grilling and brush the grilling grate
with a little oil to avoid sticking. Add the basted prawns to your grill and cook
until brown and crisp on one side. Brush the prawns again on the topside with the
mixture and flip them over until the brown off.
You can do this process several time if you prefer to add more flavor to the finished
grilled prawns. The more times you turn and baste the prawns the heavier the flavor
will be.
