Grilled Steak Recipe

Grilled steak is a wonderful dish that can only get better with the right marinade. This grilled steak marinade recipe will enhance the flavor of your grill steak and leave you wanting more.

This marinade is easy to prepare and should take no more than 10 minutes. I always think that grilled steak marinade should have a rich and complex flavor and this can be achieved by adding my special ingredient, capers and even anchovies.

• Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until the grilled steak marinade is smooth. Brush the marinade over your steaks and leave in a cool place for around 3-4 hours before grilling.

• This allows the steak to absorb all the flavors and will ensure your steaks stay tender and juicy.

• 4oz of black olives
• 4 crush garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons of capers
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon of French mustard
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
• A squeeze of lemon juice
