


Grilled tandoori peppers is a wonderful and spicy dish that is not for the faint hearted. The tandoori sauce is a great favourite of many Indian communities and when added to peppers make a wonderful vegetarian dish.
The dish originates from the northern parts of India and there they use a specific type of pepper that is smaller and slightly hotter than a standard bell pepper. This is fine and you can easily change the dish and use bell peppers for a milder affect depending on your taste.
I like to experiment with all types of peppers for this dish and each variety adds a little originality to the dish. Grilled tandoori peppers is quite a complex dish and should take around 2 hour to prepare and cook.
