In this day and age of healthy alternatives to favourite dishes I am always looking
for tasty ways to produce some of the classic grilled recipes such as burgers.
There's nothing better than a homemade grilled burger but due to the push for us
to eat less red meat is come at a price that's why i came up with this healthier
alternative to the classic grilled hamburger, the delicious grilled turkey burger
recipe.

This recipe of grilled turkey burger is easy to make and will replace the heavy fat
content of hamburgers. If cooked properly I'm sure you will agree that grilled turkey
burgers are a real family treat.
- Finely chop the onion and add to the turkey meat, then split into 6 equal patties.
Brush the turkey patties with the butter and olive oil and season with the salt and
pepper.
- Prepare your grill for hot cooking and place the turkey patties on the grill for
5 minutes until golden brown. Repeat the above steps by brushing the top side with
more butter and season with the salt and pepper. Turn the grilled turkey burger patties
over and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice the burger buns in half and spread with butter, then add to the grill for a
couple of minutes until browned off. Place the patties on the buns and enjoy this
wonderful grilled turkey burger recipe. You can add other topping such as sliced
beef tomato or salad depending on your personal taste.
